The high-quality 10G SFP+ Active Optical cables are integrated direct-attach optical MMF (Multi-Mode Fiber) assemblies. It offers improved reliability and cost savings compared to discrete optical transceivers and optical patch cables without LC connectors to clean or damage. A reliable way of 10G connections within and across adjacent racks and server rooms, AOC reaches up to 300 meters. The usual range is up to 30m links between switches or servers. This AOC is compliant with the SFF-8431 MSA standard.
