BM-Switch ensures that our products have gone through a strict quality control during the entire manufacturing process. If you have an issue with your product, BM-Switch will assist you with repairs and maintenance.
Warranty Terms
The warranty term for all categories is shown in the table below, and it starts from the delivery date of the original order.

Warranty Limitations
BM-Switch covers defects caused by logistics damage, quality problems, etc. BM-Switch covers the round-trip freight for authorized warranty cases.
Warranty exclusions：
1. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, and other human factors.
2. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, or flood.
3. Damage to equipment chassis, power supplies, etc., caused by improper operation during use.
4. Customized products are refundable only until the manufacturing has begun unless approved by the case.
