Shipping and Delivery
- BM-Switch relies on the best carriers to deliver your order in a timely manner. Unless otherwise specified, we strive to ship out your order within one working week upon successful payment confirmation. The order’s arrival date depends on your location and shipping method. It takes up to 14 business days for the goods to arrive.
- We ship on ex-works or DAP terms. Local customs duties and fees are not included in the product price or delivery fee.
- We also can ship using your express account.
- BM-Switch is committed to delivering your order within the time stated. However, if the shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, BM-Switch will not be liable for any loss caused by late or delayed delivery.
- If your package has not been insured and is lost by the shipping courier, we will replace the lost products.
- If your order has arrived with a damaged package, please take photos or videos on-site and send them to us. We’ll contact you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
