Cumulus Linux 3.7.9 release

Cumulus Linux 3.7.9 contains new features and improvements:
  • Time-domain reflectometer (TDR) cable diagnostics
  • IGMP Snooping over VXLAN on Mellanox switches
  • QinQ single tag translation with traditional mode bridges
  • VLAN match support in ebtables (without SVI being defined)
  • Non-contiguous subnet mask support in IPv4 and IPv6 address rule matches
  • Multiple subnet support for a single VXLAN
