Returns and Refunds

An approved RMA from us must accompany all returns. Please confirm the order receipt through your Order History before initiating a return.

The return request should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date to apply for refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The process follows the steps below to manage refunds, exchanges, or repairs accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund completion time depends on the payment option used during the order, but no more than five business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacement unit shipping depends upon availability. We will ship the unit within two business days if it is in stock. If the unit is out of stock, we’ll confirm availability by email.

Repairs

For products that are eligible for repair, a repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy repairs. Repairs can still be offered if the warranty period expires, but a certain fee will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

Returns caused by BM-Switch (incorrect or defective items, etc.) will be covered by BM-Switch. All other return costs should be born by the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International orders can be subject of customs duties and processing charges.

Packages returned without authorization or unacceptable for return will be rejected or shipped back to you at your expense.

PayPal Information

To pay with PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method at Checkout. You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can log in with your PayPal username and password and confirm your payment. This method also allows payments without a PayPal account. You can enter your credit card information and pay safely via PayPal.

Wire Transfer Information

When placing the order, select Bank Transfer on the Checkout page, and you will see our bank account information.

After you pay with a bank transfer, please send the bank slip to your account manager for tracking.
